PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Labyrinth Podcast and The Eclosion brand required a cohesive visual identity and content system to support the launch of a new podcast series and a transformational webinar program. At the early stage of the brand, there was no defined logo system, brand guideline, or structured content workflow. The goal was to establish a strong brand foundation that could communicate purpose, emotional depth, and credibility, while also supporting consistent content distribution across social media, video platforms, and professional channels.

OUR APPROACH

We approached the project by first clarifying the brand’s core essence storytelling, growth, healing, and personal transformation then translating these values into a thoughtful visual identity and content strategy. The focus was to create a brand system that felt authentic, emotionally resonant, and scalable, allowing both the podcast and webinar content to grow consistently without losing clarity or cohesion.

OUR KEY PRIORITIES INCLUDED:

Brand Identity & Logo Development
We designed a symbolic logo that merges a microphone with a sprouting flower, representing voice, growth, and transformation. The logo structure was first developed in black and white to ensure balance, clarity, and adaptability before introducing the final brand colors Black, Indigo, and Gold.

Brand Guidelines & Visual Consistency
A comprehensive brand guideline was created to define logo usage, typography, color application, brand elements, and visual tone. This ensured consistency across all touchpoints, from social media to video assets and marketing materials.

Content Planning & Design System
To support consistent posting, we established a structured content approach, including weekly graphic designs and anticipatory visuals for podcast and webinar launches. This system allows content to be planned, distributed, and repurposed efficiently across platforms.

Video Content & Repurposing Strategy
Long-form podcast and webinar recordings were edited for YouTube and broken down into short-form reels optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. This ensured maximum reach while maintaining narrative flow and message clarity.

KEY CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS

Undefined Brand Direction
At the start, the brand lacked a clear visual and emotional identity. We addressed this by grounding the design process in the podcast’s purpose storytelling as a tool for healing and growth—resulting in a logo and brand system that feels intentional and meaningful.

Early-Stage Budget Constraints
Working within a startup budget required a flexible and thoughtful approach. We structured deliverables in phases, prioritizing essential assets first while ensuring long-term scalability as the brand grows.

Content Volume & Consistency
Managing multiple content formats across platforms can be overwhelming. By introducing a clear design system and repurposing strategy, we made it easier to maintain consistency while maximizing the value of each recording.

RESULT

The Labyrinth Podcast now have a cohesive visual identity, a clear brand foundation, and a scalable content system that supports growth, storytelling, and audience engagement. The final output positions the brand with clarity and credibility, ready to evolve while staying true to its purpose.
